Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days from when we receive your order confirmation.
Canadian customers can choose between the following shipping options: Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority. All our Canadian shipping options include tracking information.
American customers can choose between the following shipping options: Small Packet Surface/Air, Expedited USA, Xpresspost USA and Priority Worldwide. Any package over 1kg cannot be shipped using Small Packet Surface /Air.
International customers can chose from the following shipping options: Small Packet Surface/Air, Xpresspost International and Priority Worldwide. For international orders the Small Packet weight limit is 2kg. It has been our experience that International ‘Small Packet Surface’ shipping can take upwards of six weeks to arrive, so please be prepared for a wait.
When you ship an item using the ‘Small Packet Surface/Air’ shipping option there is no tracking information supplied to us. If you want the ability to track your package it is best to choose from one of the other options.
We do our best to send your orders out as promptly as possible to meet your quoted shipping times, but occasionally packages can be delayed at the border due to customs related issues, which we have no control over.
Tracking numbers are supplied for almost all our shipping options with the exception of the 'Small Packet Surface/Air' method. You will not receive a tracking number if you choose to ship your item using the 'Small Packet Surface/Air' method.

The Monster Factory does not return or refund monsters due to health and safety reasons. All sales are final, so please make sure you have ordered the monster you want.
If there is an error with your order, for example you received an incorrect or defective item, the Monster Factory will replace your order within 30 days from the date it was originally shipped out.
We do require that you send us back the incorrect or defective items, along with the packing slip, and a written explanation of the error. The cost of the return shipping will be reimbursed to you within 10 business days of us receiving the items.

If you receive your order and the packaging has clearly been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at 416.913.6673 or by email at: email@example.com
If you have made a mistake on your order, or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund the transaction or make the necessary changes before the order is shipped out.
There is a chance that if you do not contact us soon enough we have already shipped out your order, in which case a change or cancellation will not be possible.
